Days at EY

Busy Busy! no time really for anything, its really hard to find sleep especially when you have so many things to do during the weekends and the evenings of weekdays. First week of work was okay, we had 3days of training met heaps of UWA people and melbourne uni people. We were all not very excited with the training, everyone is tired and sleepy, some infact slept throughout the training. At times I was sleepy too but I tried hard to keep my eyes all open, but i was half asleep. After the training we reported to our departments on thursday, its kindda sad that we have to seperate the tax people from the audit people, ya as we were at two different locations. Surprising when I reported on monday we were told that EY both departments will move to One Raffles Quay on monday. Ya, there wasn't much for me to do when i reported, the place was full of boxes and messy, nothing really much to do, ya, just did stradding, photocopy and help packing! The directoy and everyone was quite cool, they were all very friendly and willing to teach, they also treated me and another intern in our depart for lunch on the first day quite expensive.

Oh yea, it was bryan's birthday on tuesday! when to this restuarant at wisma atria, indochine i think, waiting about 2 hours before all their friends arrived and another 30minutes before dinner was serve at 9.30! Oh well, it was kind of fun! we took lots of photos and talks, also managed to chatch up with some of my friends there. The BEST bit was all of them when off to buy a birthday cake at somewhere, it was kind of obvious that they were buying a cake. Bryan guessed it! haha but they were smart enough to buy two cakes a pandan one which was really pathetic and a proper one. We cut the first cake before dinner and bryan has this funny look on his face!, a kindda sad look and he tries to fake his smile. Anyway after that when he saw the big he started laughing haha. Thats about it
